6. We are building a team of 10 partners ... An Alliance ... if you will ... who each share our vision ... and want to participate in real change.
7. All partners will be able to sell their own goods and services to customers visiting The Black Metaverse Mall.
8. As partners, we are all expected to provide a reasonable amount of marketing effort, guidance, and support ... And you can decide what that is ... based on (whatever).
9. This is a ten-year economic recovery plan as laid out in The Mason Plan.
10. Our goal is to reach 40 million Black people within the first 5 years, converting 50% or more to customers ... within the First 5 years .

12. We plan a very vigorous and robust merchandising campaign on social media, radio, TV spots, etc.
13. Black people in America and around the world will eagerly buy our T-shirts, apparel, and other gear, and we do expect many others will do so as well.

This could include investments in community health centers and other healthcare infrastructure, as well as addressing the effects of environmental racism on Black communities.

This could include investments in travel and relocation expenses, as well as support for cultural exchange programs between Black Americans and African countries. Additionally, promoting cross-cultural understanding and exchange can help foster a greater sense of unity and shared humanity.

10. Reconciliation:

Addressing issues of racial reconciliation and healing is an important aspect of any reparations plan. Reconciliation can help repair historical injustices and promote unity. Effective reconciliation requires acknowledging past wrongs and committing to change. Healing must be a two-way process for true reconciliation to take place. Forgiveness is a key component of the reconciliation process. Reconciliation can lead to greater understanding and empathy between different groups. The process of reconciliation requires open and honest dialogue. Reconciliation can help break down barriers and build trust.
