2 · Scope, dates & payment

Agreed scope — Launch ($997, one-time)

Scope: One system set up and handed to you. The exact systems and deliverables are listed on your kickoff call and attached to this agreement in writing.
Dates: About 2–3 weeks, counted from your kickoff call. The kickoff date and milestone dates are confirmed in writing on the call follow-up email.
Payment: $997 one-time, paid securely by card through Stripe. Applicable tax is calculated and handled at checkout.

3 · The terms

Plain talk, in writing.

Work begins only after this agreement is confirmed and the first payment is arranged.
Timelines are estimates counted from your kickoff call, not from the payment date.
Any change to scope, dates, or price is confirmed in writing by both sides before it takes effect.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; applicable tax is calculated and handled at checkout.
The Full Build payment plan, when used, is scheduled in writing before work begins.
Either side may pause or end the project in writing; work completed up to that point is billed as agreed.
